Hello all. I broke Stellaris trying to optimize it for I crazy game I was trying to finish.

Anyway : the game would not launch because of an APPSCRASH on pops_api.dll.

Reason : Steam could not find my My Documents folder ( I moved it to a ram drive to get rid of the constant saving lag ).

Long story short : I forgot to make the ram drive bootable, and save the image on shut down …lost all my saves…but it was time f
