1、卸载fastreport4

2、删除fastreport4 的library path

3、安装fr5 :打开recompile.exe，1、选择delphi版本 4、recompile all packages ->compile，之后在fr5安装文件路径下 会多出一个libD19文件夹

4、添加fastreport5 的library path 为上一步的libD19文件夹

另提供fs5按文件
